With pumpkin and hot cocoa time fast approaching, this seems like an appropriate time for various happy dances. It’s been a big few weeks.

Other recent spiffiness involves these, and some tasty, but very oddly-textured chai cupcakes. They taste great, but the frosting separated in air, and the cupcakes themselves rose like muffins. Since I don’t have Dean or Joanie’s magical grasp of chemistry, I think i’m going to experiment with moving the flavor over to a more traditional (more floury) cupcake recipe.
