It’s going to take a while to finish off that last batch of cupcakes, but I really, really want to fix that recipe soon. Strangely, the originals have gotten better as they’ve gotten slightly stale and dried out – that just shouldn’t happen. Cake should be fluffy, dammit. BUT, I’m going home this weekend. I can make another batch there, can’t I? And then finding people to eat them all will be someone else’s problem!
