I’m over this flourless, nut free, decaf, fruitless, chocolate free, low-dairy stuff.  I’m gonna fit as many allergens into one cookie as I possibly can!

Buttery Cookies with Everything, version 1:

1 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cup toasted, chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
1/4 cup chopped bittersweer chocolate or miniature chocolate chips

Cream together butter, sugar, and salt. Mix in vanilla, then flour, then everything else. Shape into small flat discs, then bake at 325 degrees for about 13 minutes.

I wonder if cranberries or dried cherry would be a good fit? What else can I add to these?
